Early morning bike ride
Bike ride on an early autumn morning.
Golden October
This years autumn is perfect for colour- and summer lover like me. Golden and mild.
All hail symmetry!
A rainy morning in autumn. Got bored while waiting for the train. View in southern direction from a platform of Erfurt main station.

Paradise
If you ever wondered why it is called “Jena Paradies”, this photo frames it all. The park, the atmosphere in summer nights, the river running through it, the silence and right there, the place where the magic happens. Sometimes. But always on time (#Derbysieger)

Fishermen
City lights
This one was earlier this year. Was cycling home and saw a very nice blue hour light. The shine of my brand new headlight caused me to capture the scene.

Spring 2015, take two
Last week spring has finally arrived! Got a hint on Twitter about a spot with medium high cherry trees in Erfurt. Needed to capture the scene and went there in the later afternoon. When we got there, it seemed we were not the only ones who had that idea. Anyway, we found a spot among the others and took a few pictures.
It looked awesome. Just like a small pink forrest. The perfect location to work with the new Pentacon 29 2.8 lens.
Spring 2015, yeah!
Allthough we can’t complain about this week, which is quite sunny and temperatures up to twenty degrees, I just want to remember about snowy days in early April this year. Your mind is already set on spring and then this sight – yikes!

Urban summer
During my stay at the baltic Sea, I made a short trip to the city of Greifswald. Haven’t been there for ages. I was not even in school when I visited it the last time.
t was a nice surprise. Many young people, a nice and historic city centre and some nice looking bars and restaurants. It seems to have that typical flair of a university city like my hometown Jena.
After having a coffee break on a boat on the nearby river I went back to the town square and I found this guy playing awesome folk music to the audience sitting in the restaurants around the square. On a summer day. In the late afternoon. Loved it!
