    Best thing about not having a tent with you: there is nothing between you and the universe except some air molecules. And when being far away from any city and up in the mountains you have a marvelous view deep into the universe. Highly recommended! (beer & philosophy)

  • How it really is


    Some might say visiting the Acropolis Rallye is fun. The whole day Mythos, Ouzo, Souvlaki, relaxing in the sun, posting shit on Facebook…
    This shows what it really is: dust, dust dust!
    (Still haven’t cleaned up the camera yet. Looks like a Schnitzel with all the dust around.)

  • In the right spot at the right time

    And here we start. I have taken more than 450 pictures within 4 days. Let’s begin with the rally shots and then continue with some behind the scenes pictures. This is probably the shot I like most. Later rallye winner Jari Matti Latvala is passing by in special stage 9, shortly after a few raindrops came down. Luckily I could catch him in front of the resulting rainbow.

  • Back to Athens


    The last weekend was one I was waiting for since months. After 2006, 2007 and 2008 this year is the year I would visit the Rallye of Gods, the Acropolis Rallye of Greece again. I’m still speechless. It was great fun and I will post more photos in the next days.
    The photo was taken aboard an Airbus A321 enroute to Athens while flying over Albania.
